Payment
to Merchants
Merchants will be reimbursed only for recovered items. Reimbursement will
occur twice monthly via ACH credit to the Merchant’s account.
For
Collected Check Items
Option 1: XPRESSRE-PRESENTMENTSM
and Regular Collection

100% of face value of check items collected via XPRESSRE-PRESENTMENTSM

100% of funds collected via Regular Collection
For
Collection Fee Rebates
Merchant will qualify to receive a rebate in the amount of 20% of the
qualifying collection fee (not limited to $5.00) only when the following
conditions are met:
Merchant’s
bank is forwarding returned items directly to our processing center.
The
full amount of both the collection item and the collection fee are
recovered via XPRESSRE-PRESENTMENTSM.
The
collection fee transaction is not returned or otherwise charged back by
the consumer or the consumer’s bank.
The
amount of that collection fee is greater than $15.00.
Pricing
Other
than applicable Reporting Fees, Check Retrieval Fees, there is NO CHARGE
to Merchant for XPRESSRE-PRESENTMENTSM
or
the Regular Collection service.
$10.00
per month per Merchant site that is set up to access on-line reporting.
(The reporting fee structure is designed to allow a Merchant with multiple
locations to access information on ALL of their locations for the one
$10.00 fee per month.)
There
is a $12.00 per month for EACH Merchant location for which paper reports
are generated regardless of the address to which they are posted. Paper
reports will be sent via first class U.S. Mail.
NOTE:
While Merchant must choose at least one reporting options, they may choose
to receive reporting by BOTH online and U.S. Mail. In that event, both online and paper reporting fees will be
charged as applicable.
The
check retrieval fee for this service is $5.00 per item.
