 Plus, with XPRESSCHEXPLUSSM, merchants have the option of using XPRESSRECOVERYSM collection services, ensuring that problem returns are collected effectively and diplomatically.

  1. Merchants using XPRESSCHEXPLUSSM upload files to the Electronic Clearing House (ECHO) Merchant Center (https://wwws.echo-inc.com).

  2. The following business day, ECHO transmits the debits to the ACH network.

  3. Consumer accounts are debited the same day as the transmission.

  4. Merchant funds are settled to First Regional Bank within 48 to 72 hours after they are uploaded to ECHO
